Just Natural Organic Almonds Blanched 125g

Organic Blanched Almonds have had their brown skins removed, leaving a smooth, pale nut with a milder flavour than whole almonds — ideal for baking where a cleaner look or texture is wanted, such as marzipan, frangipane and Bakewell tarts. They also make a good base for homemade almond milk or almond butter, since the skins can otherwise add a slightly bitter edge. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, they suit most plant-based and refined-sugar-free diets. Toast them lightly in a dry pan to bring out extra flavour before using in baking or scattering over salads.
